About Us

AnB Education is a worldwide leading international student organization committed to the support of cultural experience along with academic development.

AnB Education is a non-profit organization that recommends top-notch private schools and F1 & J1 public schools and provides superb homestay arrangements to international students from around the world. AnB Education also operates the dormitory for Conwell Egan Catholic High School, PA, on the school’s campus. The dormitory is staffed 24/7 with AnB Education staff and offers ESL tutoring, group activities, and group trips.

Student safety is our number one priority. Diligent screening of host families and a careful selection process provide our students with a safe and nurturing environment.

AnB Education is a program pairing exchange students with U.S. public high schools and private schools for short-term study, one semester or one academic year. Each year students from all over the world come to the United States to learn English and experience our unique culture. Hosting one of these students in your home is an incredible opportunity for a family.

AnB Education is a 501(c) non-profit organization that provides comprehensive solutions for J-1 students, their schools, and their host families. We have successfully helped international students and exchange students from Spain, Italy, Germany, Brazil, China, South Korea, Vietnam, and other countries studying in the U.S.

The requirements that the volunteer host family provides our students with:

- A private bedroom or sharing with their child, but separate bed, desk and dresser

- 3 square meals a day

- Transportation to and from school, if there is no school bus provided

And... kindness :).

We are attempting to identify new Volunteer Host Families for Spring & Fall incoming students. Spring students will typically arrive in January, depending on the school district. Fall students usually arrive in late August, depending on the school district. Once we have a volunteer host family and school that will accept our students, we can send detailed profiles on the students to the host families along with the Volunteer Host Family application. The family can then decide which student may be a good fit for them to host a student for either a semester or an academic year. The students would also typically attend the public high school located within your school district.

The program is strictly voluntary since the students will be entering the U.S. with a J-1 visa. The host family won’t be eligible to receive monetary compensation for hosting the student, only the knowledge they are helping the student’s dreams come true.
