Common Ground The Westside HIV Community Center
About Us
Common Ground’s mission is to bring diverse members of Los Angeles' Westside community together in the fight against AIDS. We provide a comprehensive HIV care and prevention continuum for Westside residents living with and at-risk for HIV with the aim of increasing access to services for people living in poverty, youth, women, people of color, and people who are homeless and multi-diagnosed. Programs currently include HIV case management, treatment advocacy and mental health; outreach and education to all target populations; needle exchange; drop-in services for street youth; school-based peer education; and HIV counseling and testing.
