North Valley Caring Services (NVCS) mission is to empower neighborhood residents to build a vision of their community's future and actively engage in solving local problems.

NVCS provides a wide range of services for individuals and families living in the Langdon/ Orion Street Neighborhood of North Hills. NVCS encourages neighbors to engage in conversation and action to fulfill the vision of a happy and healthy future for our community.
