University Circle Inc. (UCI) is the non-profit, community service corporation responsible for developing, serving and advocating for University Circle, and building a community experience that connects all people with Cleveland’s center of culture, healing and learning. Our UCI Education Department collaborates with its institutional partners to bring learning to life for PK-8th grade learners through arts-enriched community education programs. Our Community Development Department works to activate the neighborhood with accessible public spaces, housing for all, and vibrant commercial corridors. We coordinate transportation initiatives to shift employees, residents and visitors toward sustainable transportation modes. Working together with our University Circle Police Department, our Services Department keeps the neighborhood clean and safe for the more than 3 million people who visit, learn, work and live here. We also work to connect neighborhood businesses to the world-class museums, hospitals, and education institutions that make up the 2nd largest economic engine in the region.
