About Us
Karam Foundation’s Books Not Bombs (BNB) Initiative is the country’s leading advocacy campaign for refugee access to higher education. BNB’s purpose is two-fold: to raise awareness of the implications of the refugee crisis on education, and to promote educational inclusion of refugee students by successfully campaigning for and creating scholarships for them. BNB is active on nearly 200 campuses and has successfully created scholarships worth more than $1.3 million.
