Briarcliff Nursery School

Briarcliff Nursery School, a parent cooperative, was founded in 1947. It is located on two and one-half acres of beautiful land in the town of Ossining. The school building contains three classrooms and has a fenced, park-like area for outdoor play.  The school has owned its present site since 1955.

Our program provides a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the development of the “whole child.” The curriculum is emergent and responsive to the different needs, interests, and abilities of individual children and the group itself.
