About Us
Eat So They Can is an international fundraiser that invites citizens of the world to participate in what is collectively one huge dinner party; where something as simple as sharing a meal with friends can help stop poverty. We aim to raise money to support orphaned and vulnerable children, women's empowerment and greatest need.
Eat So They can is a global fundraiser inviting individuals to host a meal and raise funds to support our partner organisations around the world. This year's events will take place over the weekend of 15-16th October.
Upon registering as a host, you will be assigned a host mentor who will help you plan your event. You will also be sent out additional information including a resource pack with posters, flyers, placemats and a DVD you can show at your event.
La Cena Global (Eat So They Can) es una fascinante iniciativa global que la Fundación de GVN desarrolló en 2007 y que coincide con el Día Mundial de la Alimentación, proclamado por las Naciones Unidas.
La Cena Global invita a individuos de todas partes del mundo a celebrar un evento (desayuno, almuerzo, cena, cóctel, etc.) el día 15 o 16 de octubre en el cual los invitados pueden colaborar con la causa haciendo un donativo. El dinero recaudado en estos eventos se utilizará para ayudar a las organizaciones de todo el mundo con las cuales estamos asociados que actualmente protegen a niños huérfanos y vulnerables y contribuyen con el empoderamiento de las mujeres.
