Bracken's Kitchen

Bracken’s Kitchen is a 501(c)(3) organization based in Orange County California. Founded in 2013, our mission is simple: Through food rescue culinary training and our community feeding program we are committed to rescuing, repurposing and restoring both food and lives.

Before the Covid-19 pandemic, our kitchen was preparing about 7,000 meals a week which we were so proud of. Now we are preparing around 30,000 meals a week and hope to continue to grow that number this year.

We need your help packaging, prepping fruits, veggies, meats, and lots of other tasks around the kitchen! With the mass amounts of meals being prepared daily, we need as many hands on deck as we can get to help ensure we continue to meet the needs in our community!

​Note: No need for professional chefs here! Simple dicing, chopping, cleaning, and prep is all we need. Avid learners will flourish in the kitchen!
