Hope Street provides women a safe home, community, and support as they discover their most fulfilling lives in long-term recovery.
Hope Street is a nonprofit recovery residence in Walla Walla, Washington, providing safe, stable, and supportive housing for women in early recovery from substance use disorder. We believe recovery is possible, people are worthy of dignity and care, and a stable home paired with authentic relationships can change lives.
Our model balances accountability, compassion, and community. Hope Street is not a treatment program; it is a home where women build strong foundations for long-term recovery. Recovery Advocates lead day-to-day house operations, while organizational leadership focuses on systems, sustainability, staff support, and community relationships.
We are in a season of intentional growth. As we prepare to open a graduate house and plan for a leadership transition, we remain committed to thoughtful, sustainable expansion. Our board and staff prioritize long-term organizational health over speed and are building systems that will support Hope Street well into the future.
Hope Street is also committed to reducing stigma around addiction and recovery through partnership, education, and community engagement. We value diverse backgrounds, lived experience, and a shared belief in hope, accountability, and human dignity.
