A Second Chance Puppies and Kittens Rescue was established by a group of dedicated volunteers as the result of the need for special rescue. The ALL VOLUNTEER, non-profit animal rescue group is dedicated to saving the lives of unwanted pregnant dogs, and cats.
Our Mission: Devoted to saving pregnant and nursing dogs, cats and their offsprings, keeping them in a safe, healthy, foster environment and finding them forever loving families.
