When someone you love is living with a terminal illness, quality of life matters more than ever. Hospice care is NOT limited to the last few days of a patient's life. Many hospice patients live well beyond the 6-month diagnosis. We deliver physical, emotional, social,and spiritual support to our patients and their family members throughout the final stages of illness. At Halcyon Hospice, caring for the terminally ill is a labor of love that requires a special person with just the right touch. If you have a passion for helping others, consider becoming a hospice volunteer. YOU can make a profound difference in the lives of patients and their loved ones.
About Us
Halcyon Hospice provides in-home care for people with life limiting illnesses. We also strive to provide a positive, supportive environment for their families as well. We believe that hospice is a gift and this time in the life of a family can be an opportunity for spiritual and emotional bonding.
We welcome volunteers from all walks of life. Whether you contribute your time and talents directly with patients or prefer to work behind the scenes, we invite you to become a member of a dedicated group of compassionate caregivers who serve as vital members of our hospice team.
