Asian Neighborhood Design

Our mission is to reduce poverty and revitalize neighborhoods in the Bay Area by building healthy communities and providing opportunities for low-income residents to become economically self-sufficient. Passionately serving now for over 3 decades, Asian Neighborhood Design is a non-profit architecture, community planning, green construction employment training, and support services organization dedicated to helping disadvantaged individuals and communities become self-sufficient.

Since 1973, AND has provided free employment training, life skills training and job placement and retention services for low-income youth and adults in San Francisco with a focus on recruiting women and people of color.
