    “The mission of the Boston Parent Organizing network is to organize a diverse constituency of parents, students, family and other community members to support and advocate for the improvement of the Boston Public Schools” The Boston Parent Organizing Network (BPON) is a citywide network of community-, school-, and faith- based organizations that organize parents and communities to improve the Boston Public Schools (BPS). BPON is committed to encouraging and supporting the leadership development of low-income parents, parents of color and other disenfranchised groups as advocates for education reform. BPON supports its members through training, technical assistance, and networking opportunities to affect change at the individual, school, and district-wide levels.
