    The goal of FIT’s Self-Sufficiency Empowerment Program is for each client to achieve employment in a job that pays enough to support their entire family without public assistance. FIT achieves its goal by providing clients with the tools to overcome their barriers to employment, by empowering them to compete in the current job market and equipping them with the skills and knowledge to maintain their new-found financial stability.
