About Us
Holly Oak was "born" in September 2000 and is incorporated as a not-for-profit organization. We currently serve up to 45 children ranging in age from ages 6 weeks to 5 years. We serve families from all parts of New Castle County and beyond. Our knowledgeable and caring staff is devoted to fostering intellectual, social, physical, emotional and language development in each child.
