About Us

The Bailey Boy: A.D.E. Foundation is a Chicago-based non-profit organization in the business of developing entertainers in Chicago, IL and its surrounding neighborhoods. The A.D.E. Foundation has been in the business of finding, educating, developing, and supporting new artists. We are active advocates for the performing arts. We are a membership-based organization that creates partnerships with other arts program providers. We offer artist development programs, industry workshops and seminars, performing arts after school programs, studio services, certifications, internships, and scholarships. Our goal is to train the entertainers of tomorrow in the business of the music and entertainment today through the performing arts.

There are 2.5 million hip-hop acts and 1.8 million rock artists on MySpace that allude to the large number of entertainers seeking their big break into the music industry; however, music and other performing arts education is declining rapidly in most major cities, especially in Chicago. As a result, there are scores of individuals trying to enter the entertainment industry without business or formal training in their craft. New and potential industry professionals are looking for direction and guidance as they launch their career. The entertainers of tomorrow need the technical training in the performing arts that are being stripped from their education today.

While working in the inner-city public school system, founder, Brandon T. Bailey, observed the arts being stripped away. As he studied the direction of the entertainment business, he also discovered a need for a facility that focuses on properly training individuals for a career in the entertainment industry, through formalized education. It was through this passion for entertainment, education, and performing arts that the Bailey Boy A.D.E. Foundation was born.

Mission:While we achieve the corporate objectives of this company we commit to “SUPPORTING THE ARTS” today to “TRANSFORM ENTERTAINMENT” tomorrow.
