Human Development Services of Westchester, Inc.

HDSW is a social service organization providing quality psychiatric, rehabilitative, residential and neighborhood stabilization services in Westchester County. HDSW is dedicated to empowering the individuals and families we serve to achieve self-sufficiency. HDSW is especially active in affordable housing and neighborhood stabilization through its Neighborhood Preservation Company (NPC) for the Village of Port Chester. The NPC increases and preserves affordable housing for village residents through tenant assistance, outreach, education and advocacy; through home ownership counseling; and through grants for moderate home renovation and rehabilitation to low- and moderate-income homeowners.
