    Coalition for Responsible Community Development (CRCD) was formed by a body of community development professionals and residents of South Los Angeles, joined together to better sustain, coordinate, and improve local planning, development, and community services that addresses the needs of low-income and working class residents, and small businesses.

    The mission of CRCD is to improve social capital, create affordable supportive housing, and economic development opportunities in South Los Angeles and the greater Los Angeles County region for low-income and working class residents, businesses, and communities at risk of displacement and disenfranchisement.
