Housing Initiatives, Inc.

Housing Initiatives, Inc. (HII) is a non-profit located on Madison's near north side. We own scattered site housing around Madison and are dedicated to using the Housing First philosophy when providing permanent, supported housing to individuals who are getting out of chronic homelessness and living with a co-occurring severe and persistent mental health disorder.
