    The Division of International Health at Mount Sinai School of Medicine is dedicated to collaborating with biomedical researchers and health care providers in developing countries. These international collaborations are established using a model that emphasizes equality between the partners and bi-directional exchange of resources and ideas. The Division has established international programs with academic institutions in many countries, including Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Uruguay, Costa Rica, South Africa, Ireland and Spain. These collaborations include the conduct of research projects and clinical and biomedical research training programs.
