Youth Network for Positive Change

Youth Network for Positive Change started as a community base organization in 2014. Mr. Leo E. Tiah founded the organization, he encouraged his classmates to join him in his vision to form an organization that will privatize youth issues and youth creating opportunities.

YOUNETPO is a registered Non-for Profit, nonpolitical, and governmental youth-led organization that is contributing towards transforming youth to reach their full potentials. YOUNETPO is involved in Education, Health, Agriculture, Environment and youth Empowerment.

YOUNETPO is a growing organization with huge potential to impact more lives and positive changes in society. We have implemented projects ranging from Education, Community Health Promotion, Environment and conducted surveys.

Our programs are:

Montserrado Spelling Bee- this program is a spelling bee competition among 68 primary schools in Montserrado County; in which all the 17 electoral districts in the County are represented.

Annual Youth Education and Leadership Conferences- this a flagship program that provide the platform for young people from diverse culture in Liberia to meet and discuss the challenges that young people in Liberia continue to face and recommending possible solutions which put youth as full runners.

Awareness on Wetland- There are over 20 communities in Liberia that have wetland and 50% are in Montserrado County. Many people do not no the importance it so they abuse it. We create awareness and help people and communities protect them.
