Austin Region Justice For Our Neighbors
Austin Region Justice for Our Neighbors (ARJFON) welcomes immigrants into our communities by providing free, high-quality immigration legal services, education, and advocacy.
As a part of this nationwide effort, the Austin Region Justice for Our Neighbors (ARJFON) program hosts regular legal clinics to provide affordable immigration legal services to those with limited income. ARJFON’s services are focused on family-based and humanitarian immigration law.
JFON’s attorney works with volunteers to serve immigrants by:
- reuniting families
- helping women escape domestic violence and live safely in the US
- assisting asylum seekers, survivors of human trafficking and college-age children to establish their immigration status
- enabling eligible individuals to attain work authorization, maintain or advance their immigration status or work toward citizenship.
Austin Region JFON is related to National Justice For Our Neighbors (NJFON), founded in 1999 by the United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR). Additional information can be found at www.jfonaustin.org.
