About Us
The mission of SBLC | Learning Works (SBLC) is to improve the self-sufficiency of educationally disadvantaged adults. SBLC is a community-based city-wide nonprofit organization providing basic education and life skills training and career readiness services to residents in the Baltimore Area. SBLC serves approximately 900 adults per year in programs tailored to meet their individual educational needs toward earning a Maryland high school diploma.
