  • About Us

    Unitarian Universalist House Outreach Program (UUH Outreach) is a non-denominational, community-based program for older adults living independently in Northwest Philadelphia. Confidential services are provided by UUH Outreach’s small, multi-disciplinary (nurse/social work) team. Program staff partner with a diverse population of adults aged 60+ to support them in their efforts to age safely, with dignity, in their own homes and communities. UUH Outreach values the many strengths of the clients they serve, and recognizes their right to self-determination when accessing assistance.

    Due to the support of the Lycoming Fund, UUH Outreach assistance is provided at no cost to clients.
