    The Institute for Population Health Sciences’ core mission is to advance population health sciences through scientific research, adaptive training & coaching, & partnership development to improve health and wellbeing of diverse populations. Established in 2022, IPHS is led by Dr. XinQi Dong, a population health epidemiologist and geriatrician, formerly Director of Rutgers University Institute for Health, Health Care Policy and Aging Research, as well as Henry Rutgers Distinguished Professor.
