To achieve our mission, Helping Hands Hawai'i administers numerous programs, which benefit Hawai'i’s people - including the Adopt A Family℠, Bilingual Access Line℠, Community Clearinghouse℠, Emergency Assistance Program, Ready to Learn℠, Representative Payee Services and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Outreach.
