    Founded in Longview in 1985, Northeast Texas Habitat for Humanity, in association with Habitat for Humanity International, is an independent organization assisting low-income, elderly, disabled persons, & US military veterans with critical housing needs & home repair/maintenance. In 2018, the organization expanded to cover Gregg, Harrison, & Upshur counties.
