Incarnate Word Academy was founded in 1935 as a sponsored ministry of the Sisters of the Incarnate Word, serving a diverse group of young learners Pre-K to Grade 8. The Sisters of the Incarnate Word built this school with a commitment to delivering a superior education in an environment rooted in the Catholic faith. Nationally recognized and respected, IWA continues to be a model of academic excellence inNortheast Ohio with students attending from 20 different communities across a four-county region.
