With over 50 years of experience in treating substance use disorders in residential and outpatient settings, McLeod Centers offers intensive outpatient programs, justice services, a 30-bed residential center with associated wrap-around services in Charlotte, NC, and 8 medication-assisted treatment (MAT) programs across North Carolina.

We approach substance use treatment from a harm reduction perspective and a three-pronged approach:
