The Kiran Anjali Project
This is an exciting opportunity for aspiring social activists, those who enjoy working with youth, and those who have a creative side. Seeking summer intern to help facilitate The Kiran Anjali Project’s (KAP) summer youth program, Teen KAP. Teen KAP conducts projects throughout the summer to support KAP’s sponsored projects that serve disadvantaged children in India. Projects are making items to facilitate literacy, collecting gently used goods to send, and small-scale fundraisers. Weekly meetings are in the evenings usually from 730-900PM in Burlingame, Hillsborough, and Saratoga. Additional projects are available in nonprofit management, macro social work, and
Approximately 10 hours a week, starting mid June and ending mid August. Transportation allowance available. Valid drivers license and car a must.
