    Leadership Newark, Inc., is a two-year fellowship program established in 1988 to develop and enhance the leadership skills of individuals committed to the City of Newark.

    Over the course of the two-year program, Fellows become more knowledgeable about the key issues affecting the city through public policy seminars, team building sessions, and skill development workshops.

    Participants in the program are professionals who are often in the early stages of their careers, and who have demonstrated potential to positively impact the City of Newark.
