U.S.Healthful Food Council
Established in 2011, the United States Healthful Food Council (USHFC) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization established to improve the health of Americans through the promotion of more healthful food offerings by foodservice providers (restaurants, grocers, markets and schools). The initial focus of the USHFC is on restaurants, which prepare growing percentage of meals and play an increasing role in shaping the dietary habits of consumers.
