A Giving Heart Project, Inc. (AGHP) is a grassroots nonprofit organization that serves those who are homeless and at risk for homelessness in the Charlotte, NC area. AGHP uses a multifaceted approach to prevent homelessness by providing basic essentials, case management, and education to those in need. We serve as a pillar in the community for those facing homelessness through a network of strategic partnerships, linking our clients to all the resources they need to make sustainable progress.
