About Us
The Northwest Marine Trade Association (NMTA) is the oldest and largest regional boating trade organization in the nation (see History), representing the interests of approximately 850 member companies.
Each year it produces the Seattle Boat Show at Qwest Field Event Center and the Everett Boat Show on behalf of its members.
The nine member staff also works year round to promote boating and keep members informed of developments in the boating industry. The 13-Member Board of Trustees represents retail boat dealers, boat manufacturers, marinas, boatyards, and related marine industry businesses.
