About Us
Using an academic framework that includes history, culture, geography and environment, IYLI helps underrepresented student leaders develop and apply a global perspective on today's issues and problems. A year-long seminar series culminates both in a month-long research experience in Africa, and implementation of a public service project that benefits the student's local community.
