    Hospital Hill Run is the oldest road race in Kansas City, MO, and one of the oldest running half marathons in the United States. The event hosts a 5K, 7.7 mile and Half Marathon through the streets of Kansas City, MO. Hospital Hill Run has helped raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for local charities. A partnership program, allowing multiple charities to use the race as their own fundraiser, started in 2008. Over the years, more and more charities have used the event to raise awareness and money.
