Rapid Defense Network

Rapid Defense Network (RDN) is a legal services organization based in New York City that launched in January 2019 to increase access to justice and protect the due process rights of immigrants facing imminent detention and deportation. RDN’s vision is to work toward an America that welcomes all immigrants and recognizes their equal value and humanity. By preventing detention and deportation, RDN helps families avoid the trauma and irreparable damage caused by removals and family separation. RDN has been instrumental in changing the approach to protect the rights of immigrants.
