About Us
At Community Information and Referral Services, it is our vision that all Arizonans are easily connected to available health and human services in their communities. We are the lead agency and provider of 2-1-1 services throughout Arizona and HMIS services in Maricopa County.
Our database of over 3000 agencies includes government and private nonprofit organizations, self-help groups, civic clubs, professional associations, and much more.
We publish Directories of Human Services & Self-Help Support Groups and provide lists and mailing labels from our referral database for a nominal fee.
