English for Speakers of Other Languages at Brockton Assembly of God

English for Speakers of Other Languages at Brockton Assembly of God aims to provide free English classes to Brockton adults. We recognize there are many people in our community (and the country) who are hindered by not knowing English in their search for jobs, education and general improvement in their quality of life. As a community service program sponsored and lead by a church we are trying to love our neighbors as Jesus has asked us through actions. So, we share with others what we have; our language skills, time and commitment with no strings attached.

English for Speakers of Other Languages at Brockton Assembly of God (ESOL@BAG) was founded in June 2010 by Brockton Assembly of God Church. We have grown from offering 5 classes a semester for 60 students to offering 10 classes a semester for 160 students. The coordinators and teachers for ESOL@BAG are not paid, and our students do not pay for our classes. Brockton Assembly of God Church provides teaching material and supplies for volunteers.
