    The MATHCOUNTS mission is to increase interest and involvement in mathematics among all middle school students to assist in developing a technically literate population essential to US global competitiveness and quality of life.

    About Us

    MATHCOUNTS is a national math enrichment, coaching, and competition program that promotes middle school mathematics achievement in every US state and territory. For over 30 years MATHCOUNTS has been one of the most successful education partnerships involving volunteers, educators, industrial sponsors, and students.

    At the Jefferson, Colorado, chapter, we support the national MATHCOUNTS program by organizing the MATHCOUNTS chapter competition for middle schools in Jefferson, Clear Creek, Gilpin, Grand, Park, and Summit counties.
