    Established in 1977, Blue Water Safe Horizons (BWSH) offers emergency shelter and support services to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault. We also offer outreach programs such as resource advocate, elder advocate, legal advocate. We strive for individual’s safety and working toward self-sufficiency.
