  • About Us

Bread for Life of America, Inc. (B4L), is a non-profit organization established in 2009 for the specific purpose of eliminating hunger through community based collaborative service, research, and mentoring of the general public. We promote the importance of a nutritious diet through education, outreach, and partnerships. From 2009 - 2013, B4L delivered food along the east coast to communities in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. Since 2014, B4L has provided over 307,200 meals to the residents of Wake and Nash counties in North Carolina through our monthly mobile food market. Our commitment is to help improve the welfare of rural areas in America by serving free non-perishable and perishable items and teaching the importance of healthy eating.
