    The Putah Creek Council is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the protection and enhancement of Putah Creek and its tributaries through advocacy, education and community-based stewardship.

    About Us

    Putah Creek Council seeks to build relationships between Putah Creek and the surrounding community to restore and protect its habitat. By engaging community members in environmental stewardship and education, we are working to ensure the success and health of the creek for future generations of wildlife and humans.

    Environmental stewardship is a core part of our work at Putah Creek Council. For years, we have engaged community members in local restoration projects along the creek. Working closely with our partners, the Council helps to gather volunteer labor to get plants in the ground and the hard work done at local restoration sites within the Putah Creek Watershed!
