    The mission of Tioga County CASA is to provide competent, responsible, and compassionate court-appointed community volunteers to advocate on behalf of every child who faces abuse, neglect, and/or abandonment. In collaboration with key agencies, legal counsel, and community resources, CASA volunteers provide a voice to the Court on behalf of the children based on a belief that every child deserves a safe, nurturing, and permanent home.

    i'mPACT stands for, I'm Protecting against childhood trauma. Our goal is to provide any necessary resources for the children in our County who face abuse and/or neglect in their life.
