Film Prize Junior

Our program is creating pathways to academic success and professional development through the filmmaking process where students learn valuable skills such as leadership, teamwork, professionalism, collaboration, and responsibility.

We are a non-profit who empower middle and high school students to create stories through film for our film festival competition across the state of New Mexico. For this competition, educators and students work together to create a concept, write a story, and produce and edit a short film with help from our team members and professional film mentors. All films that are completed, showcase at our Festival and have the chance to win scholarships and grants for film equipment.
