About Us
The mission of Positive Resource Center is to assist persons affected by or at risk for HIV/AIDS through culturally appropriate counseling, education and advocacy in making informed choices that maximize available benefits and employment opportunities.
PRC is recognized as the preeminent provider of benefits counseling and employment services in Northern California for people living with HIV or mental health issues. Over 2,500 people are served each year through agency programs.
