Local Ocean Trust : Watamu Turtle Watch is a grass roots kenyan organisation dedicated to marine conservation and the preservation of our marine environment. Local Ocean Trust runs programs on environmental education and outreach to local communities, income generating activities and conservation activities. Watamu Turtle Watch is our flagship program and through it we carry out of monitoring, scientific research and conservation of marine turtles.
