CC Nutrition Assitance Services seeks to reduce hunger, poor nutrition and food insecurity in Stanislaus, San Joaquin, and Tuolumne Counties. Our new Senior Assisted Transportation Program provides transportation to medical appointments and grocery store for our vulnerable seniors in the community.
