It directs its actions towards the support of the poorest strata through a movement of voluntary service; it is working to train a new generation of unemployed young graduates and to support the empowerment of vulnerable grassroots communities through an active partnership at the national and international levels.

It is a strategic refocusing aimed at realizing our ambition to assert ourselves as a credible institution with a wider audience in local and participative development.

To this end, our objectives are expressed in terms of academic support and financial aid for disadvantaged children, Development of exchanges and partnership on the national and international level with NGOs and voluntary associations, Training of a body of young people local development volunteers.)
