About Us

Program/Volunteer Coordinator

National nonprofit seeks Program/Volunteer Coordinator who is detail oriented, extremely organized with strong administrative and people skills. This position requires a candidate to have the ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast paced environment. Must work under minimal supervision. Follow up skills are essential. Ability to make solid business decisions, problem-solve and simultaneously handle multiple job tasks and/or priorities. Must be Tech-Savvy. Pro-actively, Self Directed / Self motivated / CAN-do-WILL-do attitude.

Duties are:

  • HelpLine Program, including managing Volunteers & Staff, any strategies around program growth and school outreach
  • Overall School Relationship Management
  • Coordination & Management of STOMP Out Bullying Signature Programs: National Culture Week & National Bullying Prevention Awareness Month/World Day of Bullying Prevention
  • Management & Growth of Upstander Program
  • Coordination & Management of secondary programs, including #seeme Campaign & National Block It Out Day
  • Management of STOMP Out Bullying Resources 
  • Volunteer Program Coordination & Management

·       Bachelor's Degree preferred. Must have excellent computer skills, be very organized, polished and a team player

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Salary commensurate with education and experience. Easygoing professional atmosphere, Health Insurance
